nClouds, an AWS Premier Tier Consulting Partner, today announced it has acquired AppAcuity, provider of an AI-powered Adversarial Exposure Validation (AEV) platform that helps organizations continuously expose threats, eliminate risks, and prevent breaches across their cloud environments. The acquisition is nClouds’ latest move in a broader strategy to expand beyond traditional infrastructure management into AI-driven, outcome-based managed services, adding continuous security validation alongside the AI governance and operational capabilities nClouds delivers across the full AWS lifecycle.
As enterprises move from experimenting with agentic AI to running it in production, nClouds has been building out managed services that operate, govern, optimize, and measure the economics and integrity of AI-enabled workloads, not just their infrastructure. AppAcuity’s AI-powered validation platform extends that model into security: continuously testing and validating an organization’s cloud and AI environments in production, rather than relying on point-in-time assessments. Combined with nClouds’ existing AI, data, and application delivery capabilities, built in part through recent acquisitions, the addition of AppAcuity reinforces nClouds’ position as a technology-enabled partner managing the full lifecycle of AI-driven, cloud-native operations: build, deploy, operate, govern, optimize, and secure.
